ARERR 1900 - Error generating application list ARS 7.5

This error is seen after the upgrade to ITSM 7.5.1.
The error is seen while loading the Home Page and occurs for any of the Administrator
users with fixed license (like appadmin or Demo).
When the license type is changed to floating no error is seen.
It is seen on all machines through user tool and web.

The ITSM installation failed to import some workflow properly

In this case it was seen that the out-of-the-box Active Link Guide SRS:SHR:HelpDialog was not working properly.
Reimporting this guide from the installation definition file, resolved the error.
