Unable to do a Modify All on Help Desk 6.0 tickets

Error occurs doing a Modify All operation on Help Desk 6.0. Error "This case
cannot be assigned to "Joe User" because "Joe User" does not exist in the
Assignment form. Please check the name of the person. (ARERR 42078)

The issue can be corrected by making a copy of the filter HPD:HPD-CheckAssignments3 and naming it something
such as HPD:HPD-CheckAssignments0+. Change the execution order to 0 on the Basic Tab. On the If Action
tab, change the set field if qualification to 'Full Name' = $Assigned To Individual+$. Save the new filter.
